Strictly Spanish Education (SSE) is the educational division of Strictly Spanish LLC. SSE is a leading U.S. provider of comprehensive full-service Spanish development services to educational publishers in all subject areas. Our management team, located in our Milford, Ohio, office consists of experienced project managers, translators, editors and proofreaders that are all native Spanish-speaking professionals.

Our composition services are provided through SSE’s  unique partnership with New England Typographic Services (NETS) and NETS EON India, leaders in English development and production services. We feel that the synergy of this partnership, and the seamless workflow between our companies, provides publishers with the best of both worlds: Spanish development and composition by leaders in the industry.

Our history

Strictly Spanish was created 18 years ago by Susana C. Schultz, who is the Senior Managing Director of the company and Vice President of Editorial. During these years, Strictly Spanish has been providing Spanish translations services for almost all industries. SSE was created as a separate division because of the growing demand from educational and academic publishers to have their textbooks and ancillary materials developed into Spanish for the United States Hispanic market. SSE currently provides Spanish translation and editorial services to some of the largest academic publishers in the world.
